Fresh from our Organic GardenRosalie Bay's Organic Garden supplies fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables for our Zamaan Restaurant. Currently, our 1.5-acre organic garden grows: Basil, Rosemary, assorted Lettuce, Chive, Nutmeg, Cinnamon Tree, Guava, Banana, Coconut, Almonds, Noni, Stevia, Pineapple, Sea Grape, Lime, Oranges, Plaintain, Papaya and more. What is not grown at Rosalie Bay is procured from the local farmer’s market in Roseau. However, the organic garden has lots of room to grow on our 22 acres. Our goal is to eventually grow all the herbs, fruits and vegetables that we need for our kitchen. |
